Paella Popular began with a Valencian association and collaborations with cultural groups in Barcelona. At first, we cooked to bring people together. Word of mouth then brought requests for family celebrations, community gatherings, tributes, fairs and street festivals.

Over the years, we have built up our own equipment and a practical approach to cooking 20–500 portions. We have kept what makes our service personal: a friendly approach, homestyle recipes and fair prices.

Behind every paella is Ferran, originally from Valencia, and a particular way of approaching rice: take care with the sofrito, give the stock time and aim for the right texture. Paella is a meal, but it is also a way of bringing people together.
